Welcome to my Website! If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist, you’ve come to the right place.

A licensed massage therapist with a strong foundation in both Western and Eastern massage techniques, studying massage at the Swedish Institute I learned various therapeutic techniques which include, but are not limited to; Swedish, myofascial release, shiatsu, deep tissue massage & trigger point therapy.  Being a life-long learner I am constantly looking to broaden my knowledge and therefore my skill set grows. You can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about some of the different techniques I use in my work.  In the past, I have worked for Massage Williamsburg, Zeel (Zeel.com), Equinox, Greenhouse Holistic and Aire Ancient Baths New York. 

Whether it is pain relief, relaxation or addressing a specific injury or condition, every client and situation is unique. Therefore, I believe it is necessary to tailor each massage to the client’s needs by first assessing through means of both written and verbal intake and observation. Once this is done a customized plan using a specific massage technique or an integrative approach by fusing multiple modalities is crafted to address the client's specific needs, wants and general well-being.
